The Arlington Lions basketball team (Riverside, CA), was nudged 60-54 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA)

The Barons now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laguna Beach for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 30. Fountain Valley will battle a Breakers team coming off a 80-68 non-league win over Heritage (Menifee, CA). The Breakers record now stands at 10-7.

The Lions (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Norte Vista (Riverside, CA). The Braves come into the River Valley battle with a 5-6 record.
