California High School Basketball - Edgewood tops Wilson

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Edgewood Lions (West Covina, CA) and the host Wilson Mules (Los Angeles, CA), saw Edgewood's basketball squad knock off Wilson by a count of 78-70.

With the victory, Edgewood upgrades its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Lions travel to El Monte (El Monte, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 0-13.

Next up, the Mules play the El Monte Lions (El Monte, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 30. Wilson will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 0-12 record after their 76-34 non-league loss to Franklin (Los Angeles, CA).
