California High School Basketball - St. Francis tops St. Bonaventure
December 29, 2023: La Canada, CA 91011 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA) and the visiting St. Bonaventure Seraphs (Ventura, CA), saw St. Francis's basketball squad knock off St. Bonaventure by a tally of 50-36.
With the victory, St. Francis improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Golden Knights travel to Crespi (Encino, CA) to play the Celts in a Mission challenge on Friday, January 5. The Celts come into the challenge with a record of 17-2. Crespi lost 76-67 in their recent non-league challenge against Canyon View (Waddell, AZ)
Next up, the Seraphs play the San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. St. Bonaventure will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Royals come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 71-59 non-league win over Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA).
