California High School Basketball - Justin-Siena nips St. Joseph Notre Dame
December 30, 2023: Alameda, CA 94501 Justin-Siena Braves (Napa, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots (Alameda, CA), 71-66 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Justin-Siena upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Braves travel to Vintage (Napa, CA) to play the Crushers in a Vine Valley bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Crushers go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Vintage lost 56-54 in their recent non-league bout against Central Catholic (Modesto, CA)
Next up, the Pilots play the Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA) in a West Alameda County - Foothill bout, on Wednesday, January 3. St. Joseph Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 62-51 non-league win over North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA).
