Michigan High School Basketball - Brother Rice fells Western International
February 14, 2019: Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301 Brother Rice Warriors (Bloomfield Hills, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Western International Cowboys (Detroit, MI), 50-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Brother Rice upgrades its record to 6-12 on the season. The Warriors travel to Douglass (Detroit, MI) to clash with the Hurricanes in a non-league bout on Sunday, February 17. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a record of 7-10. Douglass lost 88-71 in their recent non-league bout against De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI)
Next up, the Cowboys clash with the Loyola Bull Dogs (Detroit, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 20. Western International will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record.
