September 21, 2023: New Cumberland, WV 26047 The Tyler Knights soccer team (Sistersville, WV), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Oak Glen Golden Bears (New Cumberland, WV)
With the win, Oak Glen advances its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Golden Bears host Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV) to play the Blue Eagles in a Freelance outing on Saturday, October 7. The Blue Eagles go into the outing with a record of 3-8.
In their next game, the Knights play the Parkersburg Catholic Crusaders (Parkersburg, WV) in a Little Kanawha - West outing, on Saturday, September 23. Tyler will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 0-9 record after their 11-1 league loss to Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV).
