In Monday's non-league outing, the Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY) basketball squad edged the host Harrison County Thorobreds (Cynthiana, KY), by a count of 57-50.

The Colonels (8-20) will now prepare for their outing against Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY). The Bluejackets go into the non-league outing with a 20-9 record. In their last outing, Nicholas County held off Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY), 73-30, in a league outing.

The Thorobreds now hold a 9-21 record.
