Next, the Cardinals face the Russell Red Devils (Russell, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 19. South Laurel will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Red Devils enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY).
