Serious question... Kick block specialist???

Could a seven footer like Bol Bol, (fringe nba player makes 2 mil a year) be signed solely to block kicks???

You can't hit the center, so the center can't fire out and hit anyone either. With Bol Bol's height, wingspan, and shot blocking ability, I believe he could stand over the center and jump up to swat the kick away.

It would force holders to line up an extra 2+ yards back to elevate the kick more before it approaches the line of scrimmage... It would probably add nervous pressure on the snapper and kicker as well... Kinda like a free throw with the game tied or down by 1. You start overthinking things...

Having to snap deeper than what you normally practice for FG's and shorter than punting snaps... I'd offer Bol 3 mil a season if he could alter PAT kicks and FG's...

Maybe have him "spy" the QB waving arms and attempting to bat passes occasionally... Lineman can't fire out past a couple yards on pass plays, so he'd be fairly safe from blockers unless it's a run... 3rd and long nascar package...

I'm a plumber/contractor. I like hiring rookies with little to no experience,(Nix) because they don't have preset ideas how to do a job, but have some idea of the tools involved in the trade.(Pro offensive concepts in college)

When i get a seasoned veteran, (R.Wilson) I often see bad habits or poor techniques that are hard to improve because the worker doesn't believe they're doing anything wrong. Often, they will believe the opposite, despite the blueprints or codes.(scheme/play call)

I feel like SP has the same preference... Nix is his clay to mold and shape into his offense. Young and malleable... Let's hope Nix can absorb all of coach's hand crafting and break the old fool's gold mold that has made our offense so stale for nearly a decade...

Fresh legs and fresh ideas... Any chance Greg Penner could call Mr. Monfort and get the Rockies to look for fresh leadership???
