Chris Noth has been dropped by leading talent agency A3 Artists.

The actor, 67, is best known for playing Mr Big in The City franchise and is facing accusations of sexual assault after three women have claimed he sexually assaulted them. Noth denies the allegations.

Earlier this week, The Hollywood Reporter claimed that two women spoke to them about being assaulted by Noth after being reminded of the trauma when his new show - the sequel series to Sex and the City - And Just Like That started to be advertised.

The two women approached the outlet separately to tell their stories - one alleging Noth attacked her in 2004 and the other saying he assaulted her in 2015.

Following the women bravely speaking out, a third woman made claims against the star saying the Law and Order actor forced himself on her in 2010.

And now, it has been reported that the leading agency - which represents top talent across the pond - has cut ties with Chris in light of the allegations.

"I can confirm that Chris Noth is no longer a client," an A3 spokesperson told Metro.co.uk.

Mirror has approached the organisation for comment.

In a statement released to THR, Noth said: “The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false.

"It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don’t know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women.”

After his denial, a woman alleged to The Daily Beast that she has been assaulted by Chris.

Los Angeles Police Department are currently not investigating the allegations.
