10 things we noticed from England training as Gareth Southgate ponders changes vs Denmark
England are in the middle of their preparations for their second Euro 2024 group game against Denmark and Gareth Southgate has been putting his squad through its paces
England are now just one day away from their second Euro 2024 group game.
After squeezing past Serbia 1-0 in Gelsenkirchen, the Three Lions head to Frankfurt to take on Denmark. Another victory would see Gareth Southgate’s men all-but secure their place in the knockout rounds of the European championship.
Jude Bellingham was the match-winner against Serbia and will certainly be aiming to be once again. He has joined the rest of his Three Lions teammates on the training pitches in Blankenhain.
The only man to miss out is Manchester United defender Luke Shaw, who continues an individual programme. Southgate has plenty of options to consider and could potentially be tempted make a few changes against Denmark.
