The D.C. Court of Appeals said it was suspending the law license of the president's son because of his conviction on gun-related charges this month.

The Office of the Disciplinary Counsel sent its proposed order to the D.C. Court of Appeals, which will decide whether to suspend his license.

The first lady said the trial marked “a tough week for my family,” adding that they “had to relive ... the tough times.”

The president’s son alleged last year that Giuliani and Robert Costello violated computer fraud and data access laws.

Timothy Muller, 43, allegedly repeated a long-since-discredited claim of a stolen election and said, “The guns will come out.”

The president had previously said he would accept whatever the jury decides and ruled out a pardon for Hunter Biden.

“I regret the personal cost to Hunter Biden and his family, but I do think that law ought to be enforced more often because it will save lives,” said Rep. Gerry Connolly, D-Va.

A September trial on tax charges could be more politically difficult for Hunter Biden and his family.

Trump often accuses Biden of weaponizing the Justice Department — but a prosecutor working under that very same agency just won a conviction against the president's son.

The president's son was charged with three counts tied to possession of a gun while using narcotics. The trial was the first involving the offspring of a sitting president.

Prosecutors rested their case after telling jurors that Biden was a “habitual” user of drugs from 2015 to 2019, a period that overlaps with his gun possession.
