Could Someone Else Motivate These Guys?

Dave D'Alessandro tries to explain why a coaching change wouldn't help the Nets turn things around for more than a game or two. It boils down to the fact that their stars aren't playing hard, aren't playing smart. And to top it off, someone in the locker room tells him a tounge-lashing from Jason Kidd would get Vince Carter to play up to his ability, but Kidd doesn't care enough to take that action. And a ref tells Al Iannazzone the two do very little interacting and Kidd "doesn't want to be here".
