GLOUCESTER TWP. — The Blackwood Kiwanis Little League will hold its annual opening day parade Saturday.
The parade will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Rite Aid parking lot on the Black Horse Pike, Route 168, and go south to Marshall Avenue. The parade will end at the Kiwanis Little League field on Railroad Avenue.
During the parade, the Black Horse Pike will be closed to all traffic from Church Street to Davistown Road from 8:30 to 9 a.m. No parking will be permitted on the Black Horse Pike between Church Street and Marshall Avenue
Drivers are advised to follow the marked detour route to avoid delays. Police officers will be posted at closure points to assist with directions.
