Detectives in Camden are investigating a fatal shooting Wednesday evening that left a 59-year-old dead on the street, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Officers responded to a report of a dead man on the 100 block of Rand Street at approximately 5:22 p.m. Wednesday. Officers located Kyle Young, of Camden, with multiple gunshot wounds at the scene, the office said.
EMS also responded to the scene and Young was declared dead at 5:24 p.m., authorities said.
The investigation into Young’s death is active and ongoing, according to the prosecutor’s office.
