National Fried Chicken Day 2024: Deals at KFC, Popeyes and more

Several chain restaurants, including KFC and Popeyes, are offering deals and freebies to customers to celebrate the holiday.

National Fried Chicken Day is on Saturday, July 6.

Several chains and franchises are getting into the holiday spirit by offering free food and deals on Thursday, according to The Krazy Coupon Lady, USA Today and the chains themselves.

Here are some of the deals and freebies you can get on and around July 6:

Burger King: If you’re a Royal Perks member, you can get a free Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich with any $1 purchase on Saturday, July 6.

Cracker Barrel: Cracker Barrel Rewards members can get Double Pegs on catering orders for pickup from now through July 7. Plus, get a free Barrel Bite Bonus Reward on National Fried Chicken Day with any pickup order for a chicken item placed online, in-store or using the Cracker Barrel app.

Jollibee: Get a free 2-piece Chickenjoy with the purchase of a 10-piece Chickenjoy Bucket. Use the promo code NFCD2024 at checkout online and in app to redeem the offer from now through July 10.

KFC: Get 50 chicken nuggets for $25 when you order online or in the KFC app. Plus, get 50% off chicken sandwiches, 40% off 12-piece chicken and free delivery as well as free 10-piece chicken nuggets with any purchase $10 or more online or in the KFC app.

Pollo Campero: Loyalty members can get a $5 credit to use from now through July 7. The offer will be placed in rewards members’ accounts. Note: You must be logged into your loyalty account to use the credit. If you place an in-store order, you have to scan the in-app offer at checkout. The offer is limited to one per customer.

Popeyes: From now through July 14, Popeyes Rewards members can get a free 6-piece boneless wings with any purchase of $10 or more online, delivery or in-app. Plus, get a Popeyes Tenders Bundle (12-piece chicken tenders, four biscuits, four sides and four small drinks) for $25 from now to Aug. 4.

Royal Farms: As part of Royal Farms’ Chickenpalooza, get $8 3-piece chicken boxes, 8-piece mix Chickenpalooza buckets for $12 and 3 chicken rolls for $4.50. Plus, get a 20-ounce Pepsi for $1 when you buy any 3-piece box. Customers can order either offer now through Sept. 2.
