N.J. wrestlers in national rankings on eve of districts: Plenty of movement

The Garden State's elite

Many of the New Jersey wrestlers in the national rankings saw changes as we move closer to the NJSIAA individual tournament. St. Joseph (Mont.)'s Sammy Alvarez was added at 106, while Blair's Michael Madara joined the field at 120.

Losses by Seneca's Joe Manchio at 113 and PopeJohn's JoJo Aragona at 120 shook up those rankings as New Jersey prepares for the district tournaments that start the individual posteason.
