Hardy has been active - and highly coveted - in his recruiting process thus far and holds 22 offers from major Division I programs. He has unofficially visited Florida, Rutgers, Michigan State, Michigan, Penn State, Michigan and has attended camps at Penn State and Rutgers. Michigan assistant coach Chris Partridge has also paid a visit to Hardy as well.

State and Virginia Tech. On Sept. 5, McAllister named Tennessee as the early frontrunner , five days after unofficially visiting the school to see the Vols take on Appalachian State. Since then, he has unofficially visited Rutgers and Penn State. Prior to naming Tennessee the leader, he unofficially visited Virginia Tech, Notre Dame and Northwestern and attended camps at Temple and Rutgers.

Simon currently holds 16 offers, but has had four coach visits since Dec. 2015. It started with Ohio State's Urban Meyer and Ed Warinner visiting Dec. 2, 2015, then Michigan's Chris Partridge on April 28, 2016. On Jan. 12, 2017, Meyer and Greg Schiano visited Simon and made an offer - then one day later, Rutgers' Chris Ash, Jerry Kill and Bill Busch visited Simon, already having offered him in April '16. Simon has picked up offers from Penn State, Ohio State, UCLA, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Duke and Stanford since the start of 2017.
