The Morris County Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce hosted its Annual Awards Gala on Dec. 5. The event, a celebration of the chamber’s 30th anniversary, was held at the Birchwood Manor in Whippany.

At the event, “successful executives, entrepreneurs, organizations, corporations, community leaders” are recognized. The Annual Awards Gala features a range of awards. This year’s honorees were:

  • Lifetime Achievement Award, Rolando Rios, Rios Engraving
  • Enterprising Organization of the Year, Anthony J. Iacono, President, County College of Morris
  • Corporate & Social Responsibility Advocate of the Year, Cid Wilson, President & CEO, Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility
  • Prestigious Leadership Chairwoman’s Award, Francis Lorenzo, Ambassador
  • International Trade Relations Award, Fray Jose Gabriel Mesa Angulo, O.P. Rector General, Universidad Santo Tomas, Colombia

The MCHACC is proud to celebrate its 30th Year Anniversary as we continue our mission of advocating, promoting, and advancing the interests of business owners, professionals, organizations, and corporations within Morris County and adjacent areas that target and service the U.S. Hispanic-American market.”
