The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday’s lottery drawing has increased to an estimated $203 million with a cash option of $94.9 million.
The winning numbers were: 15, 35, 48, 53 and 68. The Mega Ball drawn was 8 with a Megaplier of 3x
No one across the country hit Tuesday’s $181 million jackpot. Three second-prize tickets matching five numbers but not the Mega Ball were sold. Tickets bought in Ohio and Washington state are worth $1 million each while a ticket purchased in California is valued at $284,808.
California lottery prizes vary depending on ticket sales and number of winners. They differ from the fixed second prizes offered in other participating states.
Tuesday’s winning numbers were: 21, 26, 54, 60 and 64. The Mega Ball drawn was 3 with a Megaplier of 3x.
The odds of a $2 ticket winning the Mega Millions jackpot by matching five numbers and the Mega Ball are 302,575,350 to 1.
Players have a 1 in 12,607,306 chance of a ticket matching five numbers but not the Mega Ball and winning at least $1 million. The odds of matching four numbers plus the Mega Ball for a prize worth at least $10,000 are 931,001 to 1.
Saturday’s Powerball jackpot is worth an estimated $54 million with a cash option of $24.6 million.
