New Jersey is often talked about as having some of the best high school wrestling in the country, and this week's national rankings certainly bear out that opinion.
Thirty-two wrestlers and two teams were nationally-ranked either by FloWrestling, Intermat or both this week.

In the slideshow, we give you every wrestler and team, where they are ranked and how many spots they moved up or down from the previous rankings.
We'll update the list every Friday until we hit the state tournament in Atlantic City the first week in March, so take a look to see where New Jersey's finest are ranked this week and come back next week to see if the wrestlers and teams have moved up the rankings.
There are even a few of the Garden State Elite who have already reached No. 1.
