4 dead in early morning Garden State Parkway crash

UPDATE: 4 killed in fatal crash early after Christmas were ages 21-24, all from N.J.

Four people were killed when a tractor trailer and car crashed early Wednesday morning on the Garden State Parkway, according to police.

The crash took place in Berkeley Township near southbound milepost 81.3 around 2:50 a.m., according to New Jersey State Police.

The four people killed were in the car, police said. The driver of the truck was not injured.

Video footage of the scene from 6abc showed a sedan crunched, wedged into the back of the truck.

No additional information was available Wednesday morning.
