Everything to Know about Tales of the Cocktail

Tales of the Cocktail, the largest cocktail conference in the world, returns to New Orleans Sunday, July 21 for a week filled with boozy beverages, visiting bartenders, and events galore. Tales of the Cocktail has evolved from its start as a walking tour in 2022 and now brings over 25,000 beverage and hospitality professionals to the city from over 48 countries. Industry folks and locals alike can attend educational programming, tastings, networking opportunities, awards programs, brand events, and more through Friday, July 26.

What: Tales of the Cocktail

When: July 21-26

Where: The host hotel is The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. Brand activations and events will take place throughout the city.

How to participate: While some events are by invitation only, many events are open to the public. Locals are encourages to take advantage of the eight educational New Orleans Cocktail Tours (led by Wayne Curtis for $65 a person), Tales Catalyst, and the the 13th Annual Pig & Punch. Happy Hours, Spirited Drinking, and dining events are ticketed and available for purchase. The Tasting Week Passes ($175 per ticket) and Tasting Day Passes ($45 per day) allow access to various events taking place throughout the week as well as admission to every tasting bar (a great option for locals looking to pop in and out). The Wellness Week Pass ($10) is a great and affordable option offering access to 20 onsite workshops, networking sessions, fitness classes, and the Beyond the Bar Lounge presented by Lyre’s.
