Fresh off winning the ESPY Award for Best Male Athlete and Best NFL Player on Thursday night, Patrick Mahomes announced he’s adding a new addition to his family.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and wife Brittany Mahomes revealed Friday they’re expecting their third child.
“Round three, here we come,” the new mom-to-be captioned the announcement video, which featured the couple posing with their two young children dressed in matching outfits, alongside a collection of sonogram photos.
The high school sweethearts, who wed in 2022, are already parents to 3-year-old daughter Sterling and 19-month-old son Bronze.
Brittany, 28 — a former professional soccer player who co-founded the Kansas City Current women’s team — recently shared the joys of motherhood.
“I could not have asked for two better babies, raising them with their dad by my side makes every day beautiful,” she wrote in a Mother’s Day Instagram post. “They have brought so much peace and positivity into our life and I wouldn’t change a thing about it.”
Late last year, the family was featured in the 2023 holiday campaign for Kim Kardashian’s wildly popular underwear and loungewear brand, SKIMS.
