Charles M. Schuster served in the United States Army.

At the tender age of 19, Mr. Schuster answered his Nation's call, bravely stepping forward to serve in the Army during the Korean War. Stationed in Europe, he dedicated two years of his life to the cause, serving with distinction and earning the respect of his comrades for his unwavering commitment to duty and honor. 

Following his honorable discharge, Mr. Schuster pursued higher education, earning a degree in engineering. His career led him to prestigious roles at Boeing, and later in manufacturing. Throughout his professional endeavors, Mr. Schuster remained steadfast in his principles, embodying traits of honesty and integrity that would define his character.

A pillar of his community, Mr. Schuster invested his time and energy into causes he held dear. He was a familiar face at his local political club, where he volunteered his time to enact positive change and promote the values he held dear. Additionally, his commitment to his faith led him to active involvement in his synagogue, where he found deep meaning and forged a strong community.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Schuster's true fulfillment came from his role as a devoted family man. For 62 years, he shared a deep and abiding love with his cherished wife, Flora, and together, they built a beautiful life dedicated to their children and grandchildren, whom he adored and supported.

Mr. Schuster was a beloved husband, father, and community member. He lived a life defined by service, integrity, and devotion to his country and loved ones. Born on July 6, 1935 in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, his journey began with humble roots and blossomed into a legacy of honor.

Throughout his life, Mr. Schuster harbored a fervent desire for peace, both within his heart and in the world around him. He touched countless lives with his kindness, compassion, and unwavering belief in the inherent goodness of humanity.

On March 26, 2024, he departed this world, leaving behind a legacy that will endure for generations. His memory serves as an inspiration, reminding us of the profound impact one individual can have through a life lived with purpose, humility, and love.
