The Jets’ injuries in Sunday’s win over the Broncos brought plenty of bad news Monday.

New York will play the rest of the season without right tackle Alijah Vera-Tucker, coach Robert Saleh said Monday. Vera-Tucker exited Sunday’s 16-9 win after hurting his elbow in the second quarter and didn’t return. The 23-year-old walked off the field in obvious pain holding his arm but the severity of the injury was unclear at the time.

Meanwhile, rookie running back Breece Hall suffered a torn ACL and meniscus injury Sunday, a person briefed on the matter who isn’t authorized to speak publicly on the injuries confirmed to The Athletic. Hall was ruled out of Sunday’s game in the second quarter with a knee injury. He stayed down after rushing for a 2-yard gain in the second quarter and was helped off the field by trainers before being carted to the locker room.

“The initial diagnosis is not good, but we’ll see tomorrow,” Saleh said Sunday before the extent of the injury was known. “I’m going to stay optimistic as I can for him. He’s a heck of a football player.”

Jets' RB options with Breece Hall out for the season: Trade? Free agent?

The rookie had 72 yards and a touchdown before leaving Sunday’s game.

Hall came into Sunday’s game as the Jets’ leading rusher with 391 yards and 19 passes for 218 yards. The loss of Hall is brutal for the Jets as he had been the team’s most dangerous and explosive weapon and on a day when quarterback Zach Wilson and the offense couldn’t get going. While the Jets value Michael Carter as his backup, he’s not the same caliber of player.

The Jets also lost wide receiver Corey Davis in the first half of Sunday’s game to a knee injury. In somewhat positive news, Saleh said Davis is “day to day” with his knee injury and that his status is “up in the air.”

With injuries piling up, wide receiver Elijah Moore, who recently asked for a trade, is back with the team and Saleh expects him to play against the Patriots on Sunday.

“He doesn’t need to be alienated from this organization,” Saleh said. “We love him. We know how much he can help us and we just want to help him … he’s still part of this family.”

Moore requested a trade from New York last week, but Saleh said at the time that the franchise has no plans of moving the second-year receiver. Moore missed Sunday’s game against the Broncos, leaving the Jets short-handed at wide receiver, with Denzel Mims playing in his place.

Moore has caught 16 passes for 203 yards this season but has seen his targets slip in the last three games. He was targeted 21 times in Weeks 1-3 but saw just eight total targets in Weeks 4 and 5 combined. In Week 6’s win against the Packers, he saw no official targets as the one throw that went his way was negated by a penalty.

With the win over the Broncos, the Jets are 4-0 on the road this season. They last won four road games in 2015, which is also the last time they won four games in a row. The only teams with undefeated road records this season are the Eagles (3-0), the Giants (3-0) and the Jets (4-0).
