Tottenham Hotspur attacker Richarlison is set for another spell on the sidelines after suffering a hamstring injury at the 2022 World Cup.
The 25-year-old attacker sustained the injury while warming up ahead of Brazil’s eventual penalty shootout defeat by Croatia at the quarter-final stage on Friday.

Despite picking up the injury, Richarlison still managed to play for 84 minutes in hope of helping his nation progress to the last four of the competition in Qatar.
Tottenham are now waiting on scan results to learn the extent of Richarlison’s injury.
Richarlison scored three goals in four games for Brazil with the former Everton man having been tasked with leading the line.
He has netted just two goals in 15 appearance for Tottenham since the north London side bought him in a deal which could be worth up to £60million.
Richarlison has already missed seven games for his club due to the calf injury he suffered against former side Everton.
His team-mate — Rodrigo Bentancur — has been ruled out for a few weeks with an adductor issue.
The Uruguayan, who is suspended for Tottenham’s Boxing Day fixture at Brentford after amassing five yellow cards before the break, is expected to be back in time to face Aston Villa on New Year’s Day.
