Submit a question for the college sports NIL, pay-for-play mailbag

Last Friday, a federal judge in Tennessee granted a preliminary injunction that prohibits the NCAA from enforcing its own rules against pay-for-play in recruiting. That means that, effective immediately, name, image and likeliness (NIL) collectives can negotiate deals with recruits without fear of NCAA sanctions.

That opened up so many questions, but little answers. What comes next? How does it affect current rosters? Transfers? Will Congress step in? What comes next for the NCAA?

Let us know what you’re thinking: Questions you want answered. General thoughts. Curious considerations. We’ll do our best to answer them in a mailbag soon.
