Game changer for those who use half orthotics
These are perfect for my heel only orthotics, both running and walking. It provides cushion on my mid and forefoot while sitting low enough that my heel doesn’t slip with orthotics on!I need to walk and run using orthotics but they only cover heel and midfoot. My podiatrist recommended cutting the edge out of my stock insoles so they would have something flat to sit in while still having cushioning on the midfoot. The problem is that the stock insoles are quite thick and so I would often get a lot of heel slip in most of my shoes. Lo and behold this was the answer!

Even though they are super thin, the foam is pretty dense and they still provide enough cushioning. Nicely packaged, don't worry about buying a larger size. They are easy to trim with sharp scissors. Just trace around your old insole, trim and you're good to go. They are completely flat and do not have built in arch support or anything like that.

I really like the Spenco insoles. They seem to work best for me after trying many different kinds and brands of insoles. They are thin and comfortable but offer excellent support for sore tired feet. Or also great to put in older shoes that need that little bit of extra comfort to replace the older original insoles. Thats what I do with older running shoes. Put these in and replace the old insoles and the shoes are usually great to walk around in again. I highly recommend this product and its a decent price compared to some stores.
