Good for the Money
I bought this machine to clean my two area rugs. Did the first one today and it did a pretty good but not spectacular job, about what I would expect for the price. I put the machine on the “deep clean” setting and you can see by the photo it did remove plenty of dirt. However, having dispensed a bit over a gallon of water into the carpet, the machine only vacuumed out about a quart of water. This may cause some people a problem with drying time. I cannot really speak to this as I cleaned the rug on my patio, and living in the desert southwest where it’s over 100° outside every day, it dried quickly.I did like the ease of cleaning the machine. All the parts separate, although the plastic thingy they provide for cleaning the part where the water gets vacuumed up was “interesting “ and a bit awkward to use. On the deep clean setting, the entire gallon in the dispenser was used up for my 6 x10 foot rug.

I love this thing! Cleans super well! One complaint is that you have to empty the tank a lot. If you fill the clean water reservoir all the way for deep clean you’ll have to empty the dirty water tank halfway through before the clean tank is empty. Would be nice if the tank was able to hold all the dirty water from a full clean tank so you didn’t have to stop and empty it. It is loud, louder than a vacuum, but I wouldn’t expect it to be quiet. I used it while my 13mo was sleeping in the other room and she didn’t wake up so good enough for me. The antibacterial solution that comes with it kind of stinks, I’m not sure what exactly the smell is, but it’s not great. It goes away eventually though. Overall I think this is a great machine for the price! Very easy to assemble and figure out, you hear the suction noise change and sound kind of clogged when it’s time to empty the dirty water tank. After my area rug dried I did find that in some spots I could feel a residue from the cleaning solution on it, in the future I will make a final pass with just water in hopes of removing any remaining residue of the cleaning solution. The handheld attachments are very easy to use. I cleaned a very dirty ottoman that my kid uses as a snack table and it worked wonders on it. The water that comes out of the handheld hose is not heated but it works very well. End result was a very clean ottoman and a tank of very brown water, after only about a 10 min clean. Very satisfied with this purchase!

I have a white rug, a toddler, and a puppy. You probably don’t even have to use the imagination to think about that chaos.
The dark brown/black streak is what was left of a smashed banana, the circle at the top right is shampoo the toddler dumped on the rug, there are some red/orange drips/stains from ketchup or sauce of some sort from exploded packets, and then the rest of it is grime is from travel across the room and just general dirt. gross.
This machine got most of it out on the first cleaning sesh. I had to use the hose on the shampoo spot because the spinning brush couldn’t get it. Hose works awesome, no leaks, shampoo spot came right out.
Machine is light and easy to push like a normal vacuum making it easy to use regularly and incorporate rug cleaning into my regular cleaning routine.
It does kind of leak a little bit from the underside when getting pushed around and sitting so I definitely recommend emptying both tanks for storage.
