    I am a Fashion and Beauty Content Creator who purchased the original ZV-1 (24-70mm lens) in 2020. It served me well but I wanted a true touch screen rather than having to press menu buttons to make setting changes. Slow roll to 2023 and here comes the Sony ZV-1 II Vlog Camera. This review is my personal experience of this camera as a fashion and beauty content creator and not trying to a do a deep dive tech review.Sony updated the lens of the ZV1-II to an ultra-wide 18-50mm lens. This is better for vloggers who want to get more of their background in their scenes.This version finally has a true touch screen.The ZV1-II audio has improved. Sony added the ability to choose the direction of the sound recording based upon where the sound is coming from: front, rear and or directions.Sony also changed the weirdness of the original ZV-1's battery door that was BLOCKED when a tripod was attached by moving the ZV1-II'S tripod mount to the SIDE. It looks awkward but solves the problem.I use this camera to livestream. Livestreaming is more convenient with the ZV1-II thanks to the addition of the USB-C port. When I connect the camera to my computer, the ZV1-II is detected without having to fumble through menu settings.The CONSIn the ZV-1 II, Sony TOOK AWAY Optical Steadyshot which could equate to bouncy vlog shots.Sony did NOT include a USC-C cable with this camera. Come on, Sony! This should have been included. There is also no charger AC charger block.Overall, this IS a great camera but if you own the original ZV-1, decide if the changes are enough to justify the increased price tag.

    I have a Youtube channel where I do DIY videos and I thought that having this camera will be a good way to improve my videos but it is not that simple.

    This camera is designed for Vlogger. So if you like to vlog where camera is pointing at your face and then you point it to your surroundings then you will be happy with it. It is also a good camera if you are doing product reviews. My channel is DIY where I fix things and this camera will lose focus when I move around. When I point to parts, it would most likely focus on my hand instead of the parts I am pointing at. It will be fine if you have another person taking the video and can make adjustment but I only use a tripod and it is not working out well for me. Also, the battery life is too short and the picture is grainy on low light.

    Sin duda la mejor inversión, graba mejor que el iPhone 15 pro Max ( yo lo tengo) ya que la cámara da un toque más profesional para crear contenido, no te la pienses y cómprala hoy !
