1. On or about September 28, 2000, Silvers filed her Original Complaint, complaining of Conam in this matter. On or about August 13, 2001, Silvers filed her First Amended Complaint.
2. In that Complainant and Respondent have resolved all disputes between them, Complainant hereby moves to dismiss the suit.
3. Respondent, who has answered in this matter, has agreed to the dismissal.
4. The case is not a class action and a receiver has not been appointed.
5. Complainant has not dismissed a similar action based on or including the same claim or claims as those presented in this cause.
6. This dismissal is with prejudice.
Having considered the foregoing dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Agreed Stipulation of Dismissal in the above-referenced and entitled matter is APPROVED.
