Issue Date: 03 July 2003
Case No: 2003-ERA-10
In the Matter of
TOD N. ROCKEFELLER,
Complainant,
v.
U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY
CARLSBAD FIELD OFFICE,
Respondent
On March 28, 2003, I issued in this case a Recommended Decision and Order Removing Case from Calendar, Granting Summary Judgment Dismissing Case and Ruling on Various Motions. Thereafter, Complainant filed a Motion for Reconsideration and Respondent filed an opposition to this motion.
I have carefully considered the points raised in the motion and opposition and find and conclude that all matters raised by this complaint were thoroughly analyzed discussed and adjudicated in the Recommended Decision and order of March 28, 2003 and that the motion should be denied.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Complainant's Motion for Reconsideration of the Recommended Decision and Order dated March 28, 2003 is denied.
