By a Joint Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice as well as a Settlement Agreement: Mutual Release and Covenants Not to Sue, filed on February 13, 2002, the parties moved that the above-captioned case be dismissed with prejudice.
Accordingly, the Settlement Agreement is hereby approved with regard to those matters within the jurisdiction of the Board, and the case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
