eDocs is a secure document management solution that includes FileNet and Docusign.
eDocs at UCI is an electronic document management system used to manage academic documents, including transcripts, financial aid documents, and other official records.
We offer multiple file access solutions to electronic file storage along with file retention for files. Our services include:
- FileNet for secure encrypted file storage, as well as a case management solution
- DocuSign for electronic document signing.
Consultations
We offer free consultations to assist with document processing, file migration, and workflow adjustment. Contact the OIT Help Desk and ask to be assigned to the eDocs team.
Technical Support
For systems we manage, FileNet and DocuSign, we offer technical support. If you have issues with FileNet or Docusign please create a ServiceNow ticket.
