Michelle Keegan defended herself online after a troll cruelly shamed her for her age. The Fool Me Once star, 37, made a witty remark before the comment was deleted altogether.
On Sunday, 11 August Michelle took to Instagram for a GRWM (Get Ready With Me) video as she glammed up for an evening alongside her close pal. She could be seen in a dressing gown as she styled her hair and effortlessly applied her makeup.
The actress, who recently enjoyed a lavish trip to Paris, looked stunning as she showed off her final look while enjoying a glass of wine ahead of the night out. She captioned it: "Why is getting ready always the best part?!" and accompanied the video with Cyndi Lauper's hit Girls Just Want to Have Fun.
Celebrity pals and fans flooded to compliment Michelle, labelling her "Absolutely stunning" and "Gorgeous". However, one mean troll made an unnecessary dig at the Our Girl star and wrote: "Looking good but getting older Michelle xx."
Seemingly unphased by the remark, Michelle responded: "I should think so I’m 37 [crying laughing emojis]." The comment has since been deleted, leaving a bundle of glowing compliments for the brunette beauty.
One wrote: "Gorgeous stunning as always Michelle. You should consider starting your own makeup brand. Your clothes line." A second penned: "Stunning", while a third added: "Fabulous as always."
Abbey Clancy also said: "U look incredible." Michelle's sisters-in-law Jess and Natalya Wright also flooded the comments with love heart emojis in support of their girl.
It comes after Michelle's luxurious trip to Paris during the Olympic Games with her husband Mark Wright. In a video from their stay, Michelle was spotted cycling through the streets of Paris wearing a brown crochet top and cream jeans before she playfully teased her husband.
She told the camera: "I wanted to visit cafes, order cocktails, have nice coffees but instead I've been on a bike round the Tour de France for five hours straight." She then joked that the former TOWIE star said their destination was "only 8 mins away" as she gave fans a sneak peek of "behind the picture perfect settings" of their trip.
In a previous post, where Michelle was wearing the same outfit, the pair were spotted in front of the Eiffel Tower, suggesting it was the 'picture perfect' moment Mark was hoping for. Mark was in Paris for several weeks covering the Olympics and interviewing some of Team GB's biggest stars on his Heart radio show.
