Old Seminole Heights resident, architect, and owner of (allegedly) design Patrick Thorpe and City of Tampa Zoning Supervisor Eric Cotton held a free Zoom workshop on accessory dwelling units and the basics of the Seminole Heights zoning code February 23rd.

The goal of the workshop was to help residents understand how the process works and to improve ADU applications submitted to the City of Tampa. The workshop included a slide presentation, discussion of typical issues found in applications, and Q&A session.
