Forster is currently ranked as the 13th overall player in New Jersey and 31st running back in the nation, according to 247Sports.
Forster, who stars for St. Joseph Regional in Montvale, is now the third commit from New Jersey over the last week. Offensive lineman Jaelyne Matthews became the highest-rated prospect in the class for Rutgers at the time of his commitment. The Scarlet Knights also landed Donovan Catholic wide receiver Michael Thomas III.
The addition of Forster makes it 24 commitments for Rutgers in the Class of 2025, which is the most in the nation. The class is ranked in the Top 10 nationally.
