Todd Nowicki scored twice and added an assist in a four-goal barrage during the second period that lifted the Orlando Seals past the Jacksonville Barracudas 5-3 Friday night at TD Waterhouse Centre.
Mike Sanderson, playing his former team, also bagged two goals for the Seals (35-12), who beat the Barracudas for the 12th time this season.
Jamie Miller scored twice to lead Jacksonville (14-32).
