UPDATED:

SANTIAGO, Chile — Former dictator Augusto Pinochet was stripped of immunity from prosecution Thursday in yet another human-rights case, the kidnapping of a former secret-police agent, an appeals-court official said. That brings to seven the number of cases in which the ailing 90-year-old has had the immunity he enjoys as a former president lifted. Four of those cases were dropped after the courts found him unfit to stand trial. Pinochet has been diagnosed with mild dementia, among other health problems.
