BEIRUT, Lebanon — A cluster bomb exploded Sunday, killing a 12-year-old boy and wounding his younger brother in a southern Lebanese village, security officials said. Rami Ali Hussein Shibly and his brother, Khodr, 9, were picking olives in their family’s grove in Halta when the cluster bomb, possibly left from the 34-day Israel-Hezbollah war, exploded, the security officials said on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak to the media.
