FORT LAUDERDALE — Corey Small had three interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, to help Florida Atlantic defeat Arkansas State 29-0. The Owls forced six turnovers — five interceptions and a fumble. The Indians were shut out for the first time since 2003. Florida Atlantic (3-5, 2-1 Sun Belt) won for the third time in its past four games. Arkansas State (5-3, 3-1) had a four-game winning streak snapped.
