Pet adoption fees for Pupcorn and all other animals will be covered by Webb Engineering, a Winter Park civil engineering firm, until July 7. Webb Engineering sponsored fees for a single weekend in June, resulting in 103 adoptions and a $4,590 donation to OCAS.
