UPDATED:

UCF football continued an already busy holiday weekend on the recruiting trail by snagging three more commitments on Friday, two from twins Darryll Desir and Mandrell Desir plus one from Tylon Lee.

The Knights have secured five commitments over the past three days, pushing their 2025 recruiting class into the top 25.

The Desir brothers are edge rushers from Miami’s Norland High School while Lee is an edge rusher from Pace High School.

UCF is no stranger to twin brothers, with the Knights hosting dynamic duos such as offensive linemen Jordan and Justin McCray, defenders Shaquill and Shaquem Griffin and defensive backs Demari and Ja’Cari Henderson.

The 6-foot-4, 240-pound Darryll Desir is a 3-star prospect, totaling 77 tackles with 25 tackles for loss, 14 sacks and a fumble recovery in 25 games for the Vikings. Mandrell (6-3, 240) is also a 3-star prospect who totaled 82 tackles with 11 tackles for loss, 9 sacks and two fumble recoveries in 22 games over the past two seasons.

The pair had offers from Kentucky, Georgia, Florida State and Miami.

Lee (6-4, 240) is a two-sport star at Pace, averaging 8.2 points and 6.4 rebounds in 18 games last season for the basketball team. He’s accounted for 149 tackles on the gridiron with 30 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks in 21 games. Last season, the defender had 61 tackles with 20 TFLs and 5 sacks.

He had offers from Kansas, Ole Miss, Miami and Florida.

The Desir twins and Lee join receiver Waden Charles (West Palm Beach) and offensive lineman Andrew Stargel (Roswell, Ga.) as the latest players to commit to UCF’s 2025 recruiting class, which features 16 commitments and ranks 29th in the country, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
