Two men traveling in the same vehicle were killed in a crash in Orange County on Saturday morning, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

FHP said the crash occurred on Colonial Drive and Pine Hills Road in Orlando around 5:39 a.m.

Preliminary evidence shows a 2012 Chrysler 200 was traveling southbound on Pine Hills Road approaching Colonial Drive in the outside lane, FHP said. A 2016 Honda CRV was traveling eastbound on Colonial Drive approaching Pine Hills Road in the inside lane.

FHP said the front of the Chrysler 200 collided with the left side of the Honda CRV.

FHP said two men traveling in the Chrysler were transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center where one was pronounced dead and the other is in critical condition. Another man traveling in the same vehicle was transported to Orlando Health Central Hospital and was pronounced dead.

The driver and passenger in the Honda CRV were transported to Orlando Health Central with serious injuries.

This crash remains under investigation.
