Disney has released new text-to-speech voices featuring various characters from Star Wars, Marvel, and "Lilo and Stitch" that TikTok users can unlock to use in their own videos.

The Verge reports that the list of characters includes a Stormtrooper, C-3PO, and Chewbacca from Star Wars; Rocket Raccoon from "Guardians of the Galaxy"; and the titular alien from "Lilo and Stitch." Unlocking the voices requires TikTok users to include certain keywords in their clips.

The introduction of these text-to-speech voices coincided with the Disney+ Day celebration of the streaming platform's debut. Disney also offered a discount on a monthly subscription, added new platform-exclusive content, and made "IMAX Enhanced" available for some Marvel movies.

Disney hasn't revealed how long these text-to-speech voices will remain available, but it's hard to imagine the company known for fighting to maintain total control over its intellectual property will allow TikTok users to make C-3PO or Rocket Raccoon say whatever they like for very long.
