Artist Lorraine Fink, at right with Selma Snyder, 98, of Virginia Beach, at a family-and-friends celebration of Fink’s 100th birthday, which is Sunday. Overhead are prints of famous artworks onto which Fink’s son Andrew superimposed his mother’s face for the celebration of her 90th. 
A long, adventurous history shows in the work of this beloved Norfolk mainstay. The show of her work goes on view Aug. 15; a reception follows on Sept. 12.
