Last year when Ben & Jerry's announced their first dairy-free flavors, we thought we had peaked in life. Then we tasted them, and it was like experiencing a miracle.
It's no secret that we're fans of healthy ice cream, so when we got wind of NEW dairy-free flavors from our friends Ben and Jerry, we lost our minds.
Fast forward to today, when we sampled the new lineup: a vegan Cherry Garcia, Coconut Seven Layer Bar, and Caramel Almond Brittle. Here's exactly how POPSUGAR editors think each one tastes. Spoiler alert: "F*CKING AWESOME."
Coconut Seven Layer Bar
Despite being made with almond milk, this decadent and creamy ice cream was as rich as a coconut-milk-based frozen dessert.
With a near-perfect score, CSLB only lost a single point on a few reviews from tasters who were not big coconut fans. Which makes sense . . . if you don't like coconut, chances are you probably won't like an ice cream that is coconut flavor.

Similar to the coconut flavor's down-votes, those who were not a fan of this flavor also weren't fans of the original Cherry Garcia or cherries in general.

This new flavor was created exclusively for the non-dairy lineup, and won the hearts of our taste-testing colleagues. It was truly a smart choice on Ben & Jerry's part to make an almond-flavored ice cream with an almond milk base — only one tester noticed the almond milk flavor, and everyone went crazy for the caramel ribbons.
