I have significant experience in supporting clients to build healthier and more positive relationships, not only with others but with themselves. I work with clients experiencing difficulties related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, and a range of other issues. I work with children, adolescents and adults in a collaborative, trauma informed and client centred way that puts the needs of the client front and centre.
If you are experiencing difficulties in any area of your life and feel you could benefit from speaking with someone about what is happening for you, please reach out. Whether you have experienced counselling before or if this is your first time, I will make a safe space for you to share what is happening in your life and support you to find your way forward.
Please note I am not currently open for new clients but am very happy to be contacted to discuss referral options.
