Hello my name is Nicole and have I been providing Counselling for over 15yrs working within a CBT and Solution Focussed Therapy framework. My particular focus is in the Psychosocial space which looks at individuals in the context of combined factors of individuals, their mental health and interaction with their social environment and relationships. Working on aspects of our own mental health such as anxiety, stress, self esteem and relational skills enriches our own lives, as well as relationships. Studies show this contributes significantly to our sense of happiness and fulfillment. Workcover, NDIS and Victims Assist welcome !
